this feature would help transfering these masks from one image to the other, the colour picker is not good because in different images it would pick the same area which from one picture to the other might be point to a different luminosity or hue.
It seems pasting a hue mask does not change hue first selected.
Did you try that ?
Control line, on the other end, does not work like this and copy paste on a serie can goes wrong.
I would add control point would benefit of a color picker too, because till now selected color must be exactly in the center of the tweaked zone.
I don’t know how luminosity mask since I do not have last Film Pack version.
But yes, it would be nice to have an option to lock and refine with a color tool any color selected with any color picker.
hum, maybe you are right, I tried it in the trial version, when I saw the eyedropper being transfered to the next image I gave it for granted that it sampled the point where it was placed. If this is not the case then my feature request would change into “make the user interface more intuitive :)”
Or make an option to freeze color on any tool using permanent color picker ?
