Lightroom applies sharpening during import

Hello, I am new to DxO Pure Raw.
I read in the manual:

What you have to avoid in Lightroom Classic

Lens corrections: Do not combine DxO and Adobe optical corrections.
Noise Reduction and AI Noise Reduction: This may smooth out details and thus counteract the action of DxO DeepPRIME technology and denoising tools.
Sharpness (in the Develop module and Output Sharpening when exporting): Use sparingly as DxO PureRAW has already optimized sharpness.

But when I import raw files in Lightroom already sharpening (40) and color noise (25) is applied.
So what I have to do with that?

How do you work with PureRaw?

If you import the raw (original) file directly into Lightroom, LR will apply its default settings in the Develop module. Hence, Sharpening = 40 and Color noise = 25.

If you then send this raw file to PureRAW (File / Plug-in extras / Preview and process with DxO PureRAW…), after processing with the PureRAW settings, a DNG file is returned to Lightroom. And by default, noise and optical corrections are automatically disabled in LR since they have already been applied in PureRAW. You should continue working on this DNG file in LR, not the raw file.

I created an Import Preset with Lightroom sharpening and color noise reduction both set to zero. During photo import, I apply that preset.
