License verification problems

It was going so well. I was using Photolab8 and PureRaw3 on both my Macbook Air and my new Mini M4 but it’s all gone pearshaped.
On the Mini Photolab gets the message “License could not be verified in the last few weeks” even though I was using it just 3 days ago.
I tried PureRaw3 and it said "you have already used your demo period on this computer.
My account on the Dxo website shows I have paid for both of these applications.
In addition they both still work on the macbook.
I have checked my Netbarrier app and there are no blocked Dxo apps, they are all Allowed.
My conclusion is that it is not a network problem and not an antivirus problem.

Does anyone have any idea what may have happened to my Sequoia OS to cause this?
or could it still be a Dxo problem?

Mike

On a side note, why are you using both PhotoLab and PureRAW when PhotoLab contains PureRAW?

I dont - I just tried to see if it was a generic Dxo problem.

I have used the old software reboot trick of pulling the plug and try again.
I moved the Photolab app to the trash and reinstalled from my Dxo account. After reenteringing the License key It seems to be working again. So none the wiser as to why it stopped working but at least I can get back to work.
PureRaw has not been cured so perhaps I would just need to do the same for that if I was using it.
