Interestingly on September 21 I sent a request because I needed to move my Pure RAW from my old laptop to the new one. It took me 2 days to finally get it done and Riley did not inform me I could do this in a portal. I guess he is protecting his job or something.
But have no fear, something new came about, if you want real support, you can now pay $99 USD for 24/7 support.
Now all of us can save those 99 US and buy an upgrade instead since version 9 finally got the licence management. Almost just that feature was worth the upgrade cost
