Lagging in latest version of PL9

Just thought I would quickly ask on here before raising a support ticket:

Since the most recent update (which has made XD3 available to bayer sensors) I have had some really bad lagging. My adjustments are taken around 7-10 seconds to appear on the image. I am running Apple Macbook Pro (with M4 chip). I have tried switching the AI acceleration settings to no avail.

I have also tried shutting everything down on the laptop and restating bare bones and just running PL9 but same thing happens.

Anyone else experienced this?

Oops! - I think I worked it out - seems that having the enable high quality previews ticked in the Display settings was causing the problem!

Was it ticked in the previous version?

I thought it was yes - with the newest version I didn’t change anything but the image is particularly mask heavy which may be a factor I guess

I have it ticked and I’m only on an M2.

Currently experiencing sub second lag with multiple AI masks.

Think I’ll stick to 9.5 for a bit longer…

(Or my M5 finally turns up!)

The lag got to 11 seconds at one point!
