Is DxO Shop checkout flow broken for new customer?

@Admin please point me to the right channel if this forum is not the right place for help.

I’m a new customer, trying to purchase PhotoLab 9 as part of the Black Friday deal. During checkout, it displayed a message that cannot proceed as there’s no billing address in account profile (oddly the message is not in English, I have to Google Translate it).

The button under the message brought me to edit profile page but the page content is a malformed incomplete HTML source code. The last five lines of the malformed HTML source are:

        <label class="label" for="street_2">
            <span>Street Address 2</span>
        </label>
        <div class="control">
            <input type="text" name="street[]"
                   value="An error has happened during application run. See exception log for details.

Please advice how do I proceed. Thank you.

Thanks. I reached out DxO support team via the link, they’ve resolved the issue for me.

Looks like there’re two types of DxO customer account: temporary account and permanent account. I have no clue what they are honestly. The issue only affects the first type of account, it goes away after support team converted my account to the latter type.
