the right question is - it is a good choice for a specific price - so what is the budget ?.. otherwise for example a better choice is i9 + 128Gb RAM + RTX 4090 … no ?

I use a reconditioned small form factor PC with Intel(R) Core™ i5-4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz 20GB DDR3 1600mhz, GeForce GTX 1630, Win 10 Pro
and I’m perfectly happy with it for Photolab use. 
It might be, it depends what do you want to use it for.
Hello and welcome @Jotem. How much dedicated RAM does the GPU have? And will you be using an external screen or the laptop screen? In any case, also make sure the screen is good enough to work on. And after making your choice, don’t forget to look on geizhals and idealo
I would prefer 32 GB of RAM, but otherwise the specs are absolutely fine for PL (including DeepPrime XD).
