In regard to v9.2 some observations

Hi all

This a purely FWIW as everyone’s experiences will be personal to them and their rig and the test file.

  1. I was on v9.1 with nVidia driver v 576.02 (I was waiting for any insights re: trouble free latest v581.57)

  2. I also added OpenCL in the preferences

  3. It was crashing on AI mask Animals selection but not every time. The crash came after picking Animal AI and a blank dialogue came up for a few seconds before the crash.

  4. I installed v9.2 and it was behaving itself.

  5. I then updated the driver to v581.57 and all good but did note that the hairs on the animal, compared to before, were better defined and the fur looked better selected on the animal. NB adjusting the exposure etc within the mask I saw the changes reflected without delay

  6. Lastly, I exported to 100% jpg and that took approx 15 seconds. Which was no surprise and possibly just a few seconds longer than with PL8

  7. No other changes i.e. NR was the default as it was the masking I wanted to be sure about.

NB this is on W10, i5 CPU, RTX3060 GPU
