I’m talking about this panel -
Would it be possible to display the filename for each file being exported?
Would it be possible to display thumbnails of the images being exported?
I’m sure there are a lot more features that could be packed into this panel too.
Could you put the most recently queued files at the top, rather than the bottom? If I have not hit the Clear button in a while, then if I want to review those files currently exporting, I have to scroll all the way down the list.
That might interfere with ability to continue processing new images whilst the export is running in the background … It would be annoying (to me) if such feedback was popping-up when I was working on other images.

I don’t see how providing the filename or a thumbnail would interfere with the processing of exports. Rather, currently, I have no idea which exports have completed or not because the current information is so lacking.
Also, I don’t know what you mean about feedback being annoying because it is popping up. The screenshot I provided can only be accessed by clicking on the button that shows the progress of exports. There are no unexpected popups and I wasn’t suggesting there should be.

You can see the processing status for each photo in the thumbnails – ‘Awaiting processing’ → ‘Processing’ → ‘Processed’ or ‘Processing error occured’. Note that on Windows two files are processed in parallel by default (set in Preferences). Processing status can be chosen in filmstrip filters. Or is it something different you want?
That is certainly a good request. Maybe DxO already have queued it, but I’m afraid we will have to live with it, like with some other small nuisances.
Any serious editor has a queue where you can add or remove files, move them up and down in the queue, see what files are in the queue, pause and continue the queue and individual files, schedule the queue, often have options for when the queue is finished, e.g. turning off the PC.
This is no rocket science, these are very basic functions and I can’t understand why Dxo has not implemented such feature.
