Hi, I just purchased PL6 Elite upgrade, and I get a weird message from my Mac :
“Impossible d’utiliser cette version de l’application « DxO PhotoLab 6 » avec cette version de macOS. Vous possédez macOS 10.15.7. L’application requiert macOS 11.6 ou ultérieur.”
Could you help to understand what’s happening there ? Thanks
Just as the message says, you need a newer version of macOS.
I’m guessing you are running Catalina, but you need a minimum of Big Sur. This may mean that have to buy a newer Mac if your present one doesn’t support Big Sur.
It is just as @Joanna indicated. Here are the MacOS requirements for PhotoLab 6 Elite.
Minimum system configuration:
• Any CPU
• 8 GB RAM
• 4 GB available disk space
• macOS 11.6 (Big Sur) or higher
Recommended system configuration
• Intel® Core™Processor with 6 cores or higher, or Apple Silicon™
• 16 GB RAM
• macOS 12.0 (Monterey) or higher
• 6 GB available disk space
• AMD Radeon™Pro 580X or better for Intel® Macs

Seems pretty straightforward. I’m not a MAC user, so I can’t confirm if the message should be taken at face value, but that is the translation.
