Image browser : Customizing applied icon (duplicate)

Hello, Pierre - there is already a feature request for this:

New "Touched" (or called "Edited") icon is suggested

In image browser, no indicator shows whether the image is touched (or edited) by PL or not. Is it possible to add a new icon called “Touched” (or whatever) which means the image is touched. If yes, this should also be included in filter criteria. Thanks!
