Ignorant or sloppy reviews of Fstoppers

As a user of Photolab 8 I also have a few opinions of things but to be fair to DXO I think it is important not to spread info that isn´t all that solid.

This is what Fstoppers wrote about Photolab 8:

I also think a reviewer have to be open to the ways a certain software (any software) have solved common tasks. I don´t think the Fstoppers reviewer lives up to what I have learned to expect from someone writing for that company.

I think the reviewer missed the opportunity to properly kick their rear end for persistent inability to have a consistent OSX vs Windows interface …

That is a very good point too.

The fStoppers reviews can be considered as parallel to some of the lesser-informed comment threads here.

“PhotoLab doesn’t do this” because the user hasn’t opened the help file, or hasn’t fully explored the UI, or is so invested in other software that their ability to adopt another way of working is, well a bit lacking. But lets post some inflammatory accusations instead of asking cogent questions, just to be first.

Ok, do you have one to begin with?
