I have been contacting Nik Collection after purchasing V8 at the beginning of Sep 2025 but they have confused my obsolete account on my old computer (which they would not transfer to my new Mac). I was offered a small discount by a programme I follow. However, I can not download the Nik Collection V8 for which I have paid for. This is money I can’t afford to lose and the bots don’t cover this problem. Can anyone help me please?
If you paid for it you should have received an email with a link to download the new version. Use that.
