an unknown server error. Please check your Internet connection, try again later or
contact DxO customer support. (11) I have tried deactivating firewall, reinstalling it but nothing I do not know what to do I rely on you
I also have the same problem with Nik but also with PureRaw.
I have raised a support request but have not responded with a resolution as yet.
Welcome here to the User Forum.
Please get in touch with DxO support.
I have been in touch, several times. Very limited response and no resolution
The Nik uninstaller is not removing all components of the Nik Collection. A few files are left behind, one of them being the license file, if I remember correctly.
Removing the license file and the other leftovers before re-installing the collection might help. As for the locations of the files, someone else might need to help. I have no license for Nik7 and Nik6 put a few files in different locations.
from the second latest update there was an issue that you couldn’t install VP, FP and Nik latest update. which came out when DxO launched PL8.
there was an update released later, sometime in October for support of OS Sequoia, you should login your dxo account and download the latest if it’s not the one you already have, which fixed the install issue.
Done that several times. Will habe to wait for somebody to look at the support request.
I had the same problem. Contacted DXO support and received the following response, which worked:
Migration is the cause for this issue.
Please go to:
~/Library/Application Support/DxO/Licenses (this is the hidden Library found under the “Go” drop down by pushing “Option” OR open Finder, select “Go > Go to Folder…” and copy/paste the path)
and delete the nikcollection7 file.
Then launch the software and activate once again.
