I can't log in to dxo.com

UPDATE: My Edge browser was out of date by one version. A 20 second update fixed the problem.

I’ve gotten this error every time I’ve tried to log in to the store to upgrade, for the past couple of days:

“An error has happened during application run. See exception log for details.”

Does anyone else have this issue?

I got an error yesterday when I copied and pasted “hidden” password from my password management software. I tried again, copying “unhidden” password, and it worked. But maybe it was a momentary lapse of reason of DxO’s server.

Yeah I got it when I accidentally put my forum password. Worked fine with the correct one, though.

I literally typed it in, after attempting copy/paste. Still no joy.

Nope, I didn’t use the forum password. I just now changed the password, it accepted it, but still will not let me in. Guess I’ll just stay on version 7 :slight_smile:
