How to display the Exif subpalette to the left side in Customize mode of PLv9?

When in Customize mode of PLv5,6, or 7 I’ve grown accustomed to having the image Exif metadata visible in both the PhotoLibrary and Customize modes. It is on the right panel in PhotoLibrary mode and on the left panel in Customize mode. But I can’t see how to get it to display in the left panel in Customize mode under PLv9.

With PLv9 it shows on the right panel in PhotoLibrary mode, and I can begin to drag it to the left side then. But not in Customize mode because when I switch to Customize mode there is no Metadata palette to drag from the right side to the left side.

What am I missing? How can I have Exif metadata display in both PhotoLibrary and Customize modes?

While you are in Customize mode, click the “Palettes” menu item, and then click the “Metadata” submenu item.

You should get a palette that appears on the left hand side, which you can move up and down as you please.

No problem at all. I know the app can be a bit confusing until you figure it all out!
