A nice remake of LF camera? 
I wonder what is just below the handle – is it a radiator, dissipating heat from the oil lamp? Why in this shape? Just an artistic vision or is it for well thought reason?
It is the chimney, to let out the burnt oil gases. It is shaped like that to stop rain entering.
The little wheel coming out of the bottom of the back is for adjusting the height of the wick as it burns down.

Ah, that’s obvious, silly me, and the wholes below it are to let air in.
Still, there was some effort put to make it look nice or original, things you rarely see now, being cost-cutting driven…
