Full Preview in progress not shown mini mac PL9.7

This pop-up does not appear now when adjusting any slider. It worked in early V9 versions.

Any ideas why this now doesn’t work?

Thanks but that is not the same thing
This is what is shown in Windows which doesn’t appear in Mac now

The new verion 9.7 has reintroduced the preview progress.
