Fuji's Lens Modulation Optimizer in DxO Photolab : ON or OFF?

Hi,

If a Fujifilm camera has the “Lens Modulation Optimizer” option available for a given lens, should I disable it when processing the file in DPL ? Will the image be corrected twice for lens aberrations if I keep it ON ?
