FP8 activation and blank screen

Hi, I just activated both PL9 and FP8. PL9 is fine but I had a trial of FP7 and so i had to download FP8 and activate

All i get when I open it is a black screen

Any ideas please

Ok it finally worked, had to install and uninstall 3 times before it fired up

Ok it worked for 1 time and now when I open it I get nothing on a mac except " not responding"
