Files external HD backup cannot be moved to trash; no permission?

Hello.
Since last week I use a new Mac mini M4 Pro. macOS Sequoia. Older iMac (Sonoma),had 2Tb SSD storage. 1.5Tb used. New Mac mini also has 2Tb storage. Because I want to save some space, I moved older files from older cameras to an external Hard disk (10Tb LaCie…6Tb filled already). That helped, because now I have 1.5Tb of free storage on my new Mac Mini.

BUT…if I try to remove images from those older cameras, that are on that external LaCie…DXO refuses to do so (!). Saying, that I have no permission to do so (see image here). As you can read, DXO advises to “try deleting the images using Finder”. When I do that…those files CAN indeed be removed.
After almost a day of trying (permissions on Mac mini/settings/etc.), I called Apple support. They cannot (yet?), finds anything wrong with my settings (I shared screen for them to assist). All apps have “full disk acces” in System Settings on Mac. And admin/(my name)/staff have permission on images to read and write images. (my name)/admin/system/wheel have permission to read and write DxO Photolab 8.2 App.
They / Apple Support suspect a DXO setting…their advice is:
Check with DXO…maybe/probably some setting there??

Can someone please give any advice here? Maybe same “problem” ?

By the way: I have DXO PL / Filmpack / Viewpoint apps on both internal and external (same with Affinity Photo and other apps). It’s just that I can NOT remove files that are on my external Hard Disk, when I go: PhotoLibrary/ LaCie d2 Professional 10Tb (external)…and pick a certain image.

Probably, the easiest solution is to disable user rights on the external drive. Right-click it and select “Information” from the context menu. Then, check the box as shown below.

Thank you Platypus. Not possible.
There is no “Eigentümer:in auf diesem Volume ignorieren”,
or “Ignore owners on this Volume”…or…(any other language)…
Nothing there.
So, not possible at all.

When I try to export different version of the same image in DXO PL…I can only export it as “use unique names”…I cannot “Overwrite” an earlier version (in that case the first one has to be removed…and that is impossible because of earlier mentioned problem).

Any other ideas?
Maybe someone else can also share experiences/knowledge?

UPDATE

Problem seems to be solved (!)…started in safe mode…checked automatic login from different apps in system settings. Set all to - (minus/not allowed to). Then restarted Mac with one “app” on + (allowed), and restarted again. Try if I could remove files from external, and Yes! I could! Then another App on +…restart again…tried again to delete file from external…and so on, and so on. Nothing changed in that I was/am able to remove files from external every time.

I think starting in Safe mode in the first place did “repair” everything. I hope this is still the case tomorrow (evening now where I live)
