Feature request - open and save dng files

Hello,
please add support for open and save of dng files, not only tif and jpg.
Without dng support, Viewpoint looks like a foreign piece of software, not a member of the DXO family.

why is it a problem ? just curious … what are dxo’s (output) linear DNG bit-wise ? 15bit ? 17 bit ?

Welcome, Alex! I have modified the topic so that it appears as a Feature Request. This will hopefully increase its visibility to DxO.

Thanks for your reply. I have to make a correction : PL can output 16-bit dng files. I have had no success with earlier versions of PL to generate 16-bit ( 48-bit color images ) in dng format. I could not reproduce the issue with my current installation of PL. I will edit my above post.
