Purchased latest Nik collection , all previous versions have installed perfectly.
latest version givens unknown server error message . But didn’t give place to insert LICENSE KEY. before opening via L/r.
uninstalled on/off started again same result.
Any one any ideas? please.

Are you using a VPN ? It appears that the software cannot connect to DXO’s servers so it’s either a network issue at your end, or theirs.
I’m not sure if DXO support frequently check this forum so I suggest contacting them via email at the link indicated in the message.
