Fail to import?

Hello,
I used to work on Windows with lightroom classic and dxo pure 3, everything was fine. Both my catalog and files were on a exfat external drive.
I switched to a new macbook pro, installed the same softwares but now it doesn’t work anymore and I have a error message. “sorry, import failed, the files are either corrupted or have already been processed”
What should I do ?

Update 1 : when the files and catalog are on the local drive, it works

Update 2 : I moved everything to a thunderbolt drive and I still have the same error message.

I am having the same issue. One set of raw images will load (same camera and lens); one set will not. It is straight from the camera, so it has not been touched. I look forward to your help!
