Unlike for Enable resizing (and, therefore, inconsistently), when Enable renaming is NOT enabled its options are NOT all collapsed/hidden.
Why this matters ?

Because it then has potential to push visibility of other options (specifically for watermarking) downwards and off the Export to Disk window - so that one can, unwittingly, launch an export with unwanted settings.

And, simply, because inconsistency is contrary to good software design.
