Export fails for certain pics

Hello,

Exporting files to my hard drive systematically fails for certain photographs that are part of the same series.

They were taken on the same day, with the same camera/lens setup, and were processed using the same preset. Yet only 2 out of the 7 photos export correctly.

This happens regardless of the destination folder or the file format.

I of course have enough free space on my hard drive, and both PhotoLab 9 and macOS are up to date.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

Hi,

When you click on the error you have information about this error.

I’ve tried to click everywhere on the list of failed export in the image shown above but unfortunately nothing more appears.

I also forgot to mention that it’s the first time this happens, with the exact same workflow.

Ce sont toujours les mêmes photos qui posent problème ?

Oui je suis français !

Ce sont toujours les mêmes qui posent problème en effet que ca soit en export en lot ou individuel.

Elles font pourtant partie d’une même série de photos importées au même moment et de la même façon sur mon Mac.

Tu peux essayer de copier les réglages d’une des photos, la réinitialiser et de l’exporter.
Si c’est bon, colle les réglages et essayes de l’exporter.

Tu peux aussi créer une copie virtuelle et la réinitialiser pour essayer un export sans réglages.
