EstimateAutoCrop() failed

I am using PhotoLab 8 on my Mac Studio M2 Max running MacOS Sequoia 15.1.1. I am trying to level a raw image shot with my Nikon D7000 and this error pops up, preventing me from going any further. Any attempts to level my photo are completely ignored with this error message showing on the screen.

Ideas? Suggestions? Fixes?

I should mention efforts to completely close this application and reopen it do not work.

Such error messages should not be appearing. You should report the problem via support.dxo.com and then provide (using upload.dxo.com) test files needed to reproduce the problem. Best wishes!
