Error "These images are either not supported or have already been processed in DxO PureRaw, or the files may be corrupted"

Hi! I buyed the latest PureRaw version, and there are some files that keep giving me this error, I already tried changind the file location, changing the file name, and even chanding them from .NEF (I’m Nikon) to .DNG, and keep receiving the same message for only some files, someone already had the same issue?.

Hi Carina and welcome,

Are you using mRAW or sRAW or some other compressed RAW format? If so, DxO doesn’t support these formats.

I have this very issue. I just moved from a PC to a Macbook Pro. When I try to use the plug in, a new file gets created (with a DNG extention from NEF) but it does not open PureRaw4. I get the above message. But I can open the original file directly into PureRaw4 and process it. Why is the plug in not working for me?

I just noticed that I have the same issue with my OM-System OM-3 RAW files. I’m using PureRAW 4 (4.8.1 Build 1).

I was under the impression that PureRAW 4 already supported OM-3 RAW files but maybe I am wrong.

My usual workflow is:

  • Import captured images (JPEG and ORF) using Lightroom Classic
  • Lightroom Classic converts ORF to DNG

PureRAW 4 can work with OM-1 Mark-II RAW files (converted to DNG). But PureRAW 4 does not work with images from OM-3 (ORF and DNG).
