Error in one Picture (colored squares)

I was editing a Picture and suddely i just had error on my screen.
all that is left are colored squares.
Restarting din not sort the problem out.
Anybody else had this issue before?

Photolab 5.0.1 on IMac M1 2021

Were you using local adjustments? And had you just reset one?

I guess it is this known issue you are refering.

a workaround is to activate HSL or Vibrancy (inside Color) even with sliders at 0, it should get rid of the bug (even if it’s not ideal).
