Edits no longer display interactively?

A week ago I purchased a new laptop equipped with an NVIDIA RTX 7630 graphics card. I also purchased DxO PL8 (v8.1.0 build 434). Initially when I would do noise reductions I would see the effect immediately on screen.

Now I no longer see my edits UNTIL I export the file as a jpg and open it in another app.

What have I done to cause this??

Perhaps it is due to the zoom level, noise reduction is only visible from a 75% zoom.

Maybe that’s it Frank. I thought I remembered everything being instantaneous.

You can only see the effect of DeepPRIME and DeepPRIME XD2S noise reduction before exporting by using the Loupe tool in the edit screen. The zoom percentage of the edit screen above 75% does not show you the affects of DeepPRIME. If you see a cleaner version in the edit screen itself it is the result of using the very basic HQ noise reduction. And you don’t have to open the exported image in other software to see the effects. You can view the exported image from within PhotoLab.

I live in the northwest corner of Edison New Jersey, right on the border with Piscataway, and around a quarter of a mile from South Plainfield.
