DxO (submit)request forbidden error 403

Hi All,

I have reached the maximum activations for DxO Photolab 8, DxO Filmpack 7 and Nik Collection 7.
I try to do a request on this URL DxO request page to have my keys reset. But when i fill in the form and click on submit i get a 403 error and that i have no rights acces to this page.
I have try different browsers, also tried at a friends house because maybe my IP is blocked? But i get the same error.
Are there more people who have problems with this? Am I doing something wrong? Are there any other ways to contact DxO?

Hi,

Their server might be temporarily overloaded or under maintenance. You could try to directly send an email to support@dxo.com (providing all the information that is requested in the request form).
