DxO PureRaw - No internet connection


I’ve been using DxO PureRaw for a while now and all worked well. Today, I wanted to edit an older Raw picture and had to download the lens profile. In the dialog box for the Optics Module to download the lens profile, it shows “No internet connection”, but I have internet connection.

Is there maybe an issue with a server at DxO? I just downloaded an update for PureRaw 3 and that worked fine.

Could be a problem accessing the server. I recommend submitting a support request via support.dxo.com.

Thanks for the reply. Like always, a restart worked, however the lens profile still can’t be downloaded. Maybe it’s not available. I’ll try again.
