As already posted on another thread DxO Support are emailing those of us with support tickets for the 6.5 crash issues. I just got the below from them. I’ve downloaded the latest version and installed it and can confirm it does work. So in theory the issue is now fixed ![]()
”Hello,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this incident related to the latest DxO PureRAW update, as well as for the time required to resolve it.
A fix is now available in the latest DxO PureRAW 6.5.1 update.
To install the update:
-
Launch DxO PureRAW. You should see a prompt to install the latest version.
-
Alternatively, log in to your customer account and download the latest version manually. The download link in your account always points to the most up-to-date release.
If the issue persists after installing the update, please run the DxO PureRAW diagnostic tool:
-
Download the diagnostic application from https://download-center.dxo.com/Support/Tools/DxODiagnostics-PUR-Win.exe
-
Run the diagnostic application and wait for the information collection to complete.
-
When finished, a file named “DxODiagnosticsData-DATE–TIME.zip” will be created on the desktop and displayed in an Explorer window.
-
Attach this ZIP file to your reply to DxO support.
If the update resolves the issue, no reply is required.
Due to the exceptionally high number of support requests generated by this incident, please reply to this message only if the issue persists after updating. This will allow us to close resolved requests promptly and prioritize customers who still require assistance.
