Hi, intially PL 9 crashed 12 times when AI mask was selected. I downloaded and repaired install. AI Sky mask does not show any of the adjustments that I made. I do have the mask selected, however, it does not show the red overlay when selected. I am running Win 11 if that helps. Any thoughts?
Do you have the ‘Show Masks’ checkbox marked ?

What version of PL9 are you using? The most current version is 9.7. What graphics card are you using and have you downloaded the most current software drivers for it?

The Nvidia card and drivers were the first place I checked because I was able to create and adjust an AI sky mask yesterday. I check all drivers and nothing has been updated since last week Wednesday. I DL’d the trial software last week on Monday.

Hi all, thank you for your help. The issue is compatibilty with NVIDIA GPU. AI requires a newer GPU for DXO. I have no problems with running Adobe Generating AI or ON1 AI. That said, I will be sticking with Adobe for now. I appreciate your help!
