DXO PL 9 not installing new modules

Hi, sometimes DXO PL9 finds “new camera-lens” combination and asks to install, which went fine. But for some images I see the (gree) icon “suitable DXO Modules available for download, click icon”. However clicking on the icon does nothing. When I go to image properties, I find this at the bottom:”1 suitable DXO module available”. Clicking on download does nothing. How can I fix this? How can I fix this?

Can’t say that the following will fix the issue, but you can always try to download modules manually from within PL. You can also rename your modules folder and have PL re-download modules as needed - or do it manually in this case too.
