DxO Photolab 9 Trial Cannot Open Nikon D2H NEFs

I am trialing PL 9 and seeing how it works with some of my old files. Unfortunately, when I try it on D2H NEFs (circa 2004) PL displays a message to the effect that it can’t open the file because the camera isn’t supported.

I can open other camera RAW files; e.g. Nikon D100, Sony a7cR.

Is there something I need to download to enable this camera?

I tried sending a request to DxO support but my form was rejected because I don’t have PREMIUM support (duh!), or it told me I wasn’t using the correct email. I figured I’d get a better answer here anyway.

there is no raw file support for your cam.
