DxO PhotoLab 7 build 59 not showing denoise options for raw files Sony a1

Just installed latest update to add lens module for Sony A1 and Sony 300mm f2.8 GM lens. Lost the option to select Denoise on raw files and modules not downloading

[stuck (Canon, PL7 on Win 10 + GTX 1050ti)]
