DXO photo lab 8.2.1.38 to 8.7.2.48 update fails install. I’m opening the program and using the update pop-up prompt to do this. It downloads and extracts the update. When I click the ‘Install and Relaunch’ button, another pop-up appears.
Message: Update Error! An error occurred while extracting the archive. Please try again later.
I have a MAC M4 pro, 48GB and Sequoia 15.5 OS. Anyone have suggestions?
Close DXO PL, download the installer straight from your customer account and try installing that. I have the exact same configuration as you, zero problems. Sounds like you may have a bad installer package.
