DXO - latest upgrade with OM1 Mark II support - does not work with 14 bit raw files

I’ve not tested the standard Hand Held Hi Rez mode files as one of the main reasons I upgraded from the OM1 to the OM1 Mark II was for these new 14 bit raw files.
