DXO Error with some JPG files

Hello

I’m using DXO Elite pro V8.5.0 build 575
When I open some JPG files, I get this error message

I believe there’s a minimum resolution for RGB files that PL can work with … Perhaps your JPGs are too “small” (?)

I had that problem and gave up as never got them to do anything about it

just checked – no problem here to open in PL 8.5 Win and to transform …

I solved the problem:

  1. Uninstall DXO Photolab

  2. Clear the registry of ALL DXO photolab-related information.

  3. Reboot

  4. Reinstall
