I ran DxO 4 Raw, but I don’t seem to be able to process any files. I keep getting a message saying they failed, but there’s no error message with them. I do not have these issues with DxO 3 with the same files. Also, can I use a Navidia GTX 1650 video card with DxO 4 Raw. Isn’t that okay? Thank you!
I presume by that you mean you are using DxO PureRAW4.
What type of files are you trying to process? PureRAW can only work with RAW files from supported camera bodies AND lens combinations. Check your camera body AND lens combination here:
