Thanks Mark. I have Adrenalin installed so it should update as new drivers come out.
However I have also recently taken to checking every week or so just to make sure. I had a funny issue with Adrenalin recently whereby it was saying it was up to date (v26.8.X, can’t remember what X was), but I discovered (through this forum) that a later driver had been released (26.9.2). Adrenalin refused to install this and I had to use the AMD uninstall/cleanup tool to get rid of Adrenalin entirely, and then reinstall.
I have noted that the release notes for 26.9.2 say it is an ‘optional’ release but I am not sure why it did not appear in Adrenalin.
DxO PL10 is the first time I have used DxO AI masking. I skipped v9 because I was still happy with v8. v10 has some other changes to the way masking works, and some other features, so I thought it was worth checking out. DxO does not seem to keep making older versions available (so I can’t trial v9 to see if it has the same issues). I’ve tried all the options in the Performance tab of Preferences in v10 but none make any difference. It doesn’t crash if I use CPU only but becomes impossibly slow on both AI masking and NR.
