Hi. I just upgraded to DPL7 Elite from DPL6 Elite and to DVP4 from DVP2. I can confirm that DPL recognizes that DVP4 has been activated, but the DVP4 panel options are grayed out (and seem to be missing some options).

Click on the header of Volume Deformation etc. so that the tools come to life.
Unfortunately, the greyish UI is misleading.
For the tool to flip a pic check your menu (here in the Windows version)
