Is there a problem in downloading the latest update with Sony A7v info on? I have tried on both of my computers several times but the exe. file will not fully down load
Over the past two weeks, several topics were created to report that software downloads weren’t completing successfully. As far as I know, the cause hasn’t been traced to DxO’s computers. (Some users found that downloading through a VPN worked fine.) That could always change, of course. The fault could be with your Internet service provider, security software, download manager/web browser, something on DxO’s side, or somewhere else in the Internet.
