An Iridient X-Transformer image turned into a DNG works in any software but not in Photolab. What can I do to work with her? The file specifier works in Photoshop Luminar Capture ONE
You may well be suffering from DxO refusing to support DNG apart from a limited number of cameras

DxO support is fairly precise about what DNGs are supported.
Free hint: CTFM (consult the friendly manual)
