Testing a few images from dpreview.com with DPL 7.2 on macOS 12.7.2, I found that DPL’s UI was not responding to, e.g. the tone curve and that the histogram did not show. The histogram was also not showing in PhotoLibrary view, but I was “allowed” to switch views and browse images in both views.
Note the bend in the tone curve, which shoul brighten the sahdows quite a bit. Also, the histogram is completely absent.
I think this is the very first time ever I’ve seen DPL doing this…even though earlier versions had issues with managing threads a few years ago. DPL was set for 4 parallel exports, customising with DxO Standard preset and DeepPRIME XD in its default settings.
