I could observe cranes migrating from Scandinavia to Spain on their stop in France, in “Lac du Der” near Troyes. Awakening early helps get images, and PL8 denoiser does a fantastic job with ISO12800 images.

There’s a lot of chroma noise in the last picture and it looks like HQ was used. Did you try DeepPRIME XD2s with the default settings for that? Did you experiment with Intensity anywhere in the 20-50 range and perhaps slightly positive ‘Force details’?

It was still foggy. Nice captures.
If you shot in RAW then this site will let you upload the file. I haven’t tried uploading a full size JPG, DNG or TIF, however.
