Guess not. 
After the PhotoLab 3.3 update, I think, there will be no more develop in the old version :-(.
All develop is in Nik-Collection, coming PhotoLab 4, …
Clearly "Lots of beautiful things will happen at DxOLabs!” didn’t refer to improvements or many new cameras. Back in the distant past there used to be new features added through the year but now its lots of marketing hype and wait for the new version for everything hinted at before (or even promised if you are an Apple phone user).
