"Collapse Inactive" tool option

Palettes and tools : collapse all / collapse to one level / collapse inactive

It would be convenient to have a way to collapse palettes: All palettes collapsed to their top heading only; All or selected palette showing only one level down with all tools collapsed. Collapsing all unused/disabled tools
