Not sure i am doing this right but i purchased photo lab 8 and wanted to use film pack 8 from inside of it. I go to help>dxo film pack>activate dxo trail.
Using the trail key it gives me via email , it just says " Your trail period could not be started "
I installed Film pack , directly and the key worked just fine. What am i doing wrong here ?
FP8 is only compatible with PL9
and now i feel very dumb. So i am getting the wrong serial i take it ? I should be getting one for an older version ?
Unfortunately, DxO usually don’t sell licenses for previous versions of their software.

ah i see , well at least thank you for helping me with this. Had been pulling my hair out all morning trying to see if i borked anything up on my end. Will enjoy film pack trail seperately
